Client hooks are hard work to install for multiple WCs

Hi Stefan,

I am starting to document the client hooks. It seems that each hook
works at any sub-folder of the one specified, which is good. But if I
have a lot of WCs, then adding a common hook is hard work. It would be
useful if you could add a 'Copy' button so that an existing pattern can
be duplicated and edited.

When I try to the browse to a working copy in the Add/Edit hook dialog,
the overlays are not shown in the folder tree.

The browse buttons in other dialogs are usually nearly square. Here they
are quite long which looks a little odd to me when there is only ... on
the button.
