Porting Changed Files Sorting fix to 1.4 branch

Hi,

I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 7958 - 32 Bit -dev, 2006/11/07
18:41:29 and just hit issue #275.

Is it feasable to port r7691 to the 1.4 branch for the next 1.4.x release?

I'm working on a large tree with a huge number of property changes that
I don't care about. If this worked it would be way easier to separate
out the content changes from the property changes.
