I wanted to ping this in case we wanted something done
before we release 1.4.1 (I'm not saying we need to,
necessarily.)

Also, I realized there are two sets of behavior. For
'selection' ... i.e., when you select text with the mouse
or by holding down the shift key while using the arrow
keys to navigate, the current behavior (reverse video)
is probably correct.

For high-lighting the current diff, the heavy line above
and beneath is much nicer because it honors my configured
diff colors.
