Dropping files on repo-browser does not put dialog on top

HI,

When dragging a local folder onto a folder in the repo-browser to
trigger an import, the repo-browser and log-message dialog are not
moved to the top of the window-stack.

I dragged from explorer (placed in the center of my screen) to the
repo-browser (on the left of my screen). The log message dialog was
centered on the scren, hidden by the explorer window.

Can this be changed to bring at least the log dialog, but preferably
both the log dialig and the repo-browser to the front?

Using TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 7501 - 32 Bit on XP - sp 1
