Repo-browser: Spaces at end of directory names

Hello,

I think I've found a bug in the Repo-browser. One of our developers
just renamed a directory using the repo-browser, and they accidentally
included a space at the end of the directory name. TortoiseSVN was
unable to update, delete, or check-out this folder. The reported error
was that the URL does not exist. This bug can be replicated as follows:

1) Open the Repo-browser.
2) Create a new directory called "TEST " (include the extra space at the
end of the name).
3) Try to check-out said folder using the repo-browser.
4) Try to delete said folder using the repo-browser.

Thanks,
Blair Kitchen

P.S. We've had a lot of success using TortoiseSVN, so thanks a lot for
all of your hard work.
