I beg your pardon, but I'm absolutely sure that the command line client
doesn't work either. At least if you use the same version of the CL
client than you use with TSVN.

This has been already reported on the Subversion mailing list. And it's
already fixed on their 1.4.x branch, so you have to wait until
Subversion 1.4.1 comes out.
