I upgraded from 1.3.x to 1.4.0 a couple of weeks back and am also seeing
cases where non-version controlled folders are having green check marks
on them, and some version controlled folders aren't showing any checks.
Only noticed it for folders so far and it isn't all folders, just some.

I have also had a couple of cases where I modify versioned file
contents, but they remain with a green check mark, even using 'refresh'
in explorer doesn't fix the issue.

I've exited the cache and re-started (using the taskbar icon) it but
that didn't seem to help. Does this exit cause the cache to save state?

Killing TSVNCache.exe from task manager does resolve the issue but it
returns soon after.

I'm running TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 7501 - 32 Bit , 2006/09/15 21:34:55
on XP SP2. All working copies are on a local hard-drive NTFS format.

I didn't notice this happen with the latest release 1.3 of TSVN.

Cheers

Russell
