How to build tortoiseplink from repository?

Hi all,

Description:
I am trying to build TortoisePlink with Visual Studio 2005 and the supplied
Makefile.
I want to point out that I wish to build Only tortoiseplink.exe, not
anything else.

Problem:
1. Building from within Visual Studio only results in numerous build errors.
(eg .\SSH.C(2055) : error C2079: 'do_ssh_init_state' uses undefined struct
'<unnamed-tag>')
2. The makefile requires two files ../MakeEnv and ../MakeProg to do anything
and these seem to be generated when building the entire repository with the
nant script (which I don't have)

Question:
Does anyone know how to build tortoiseplink alone?
