RFE: Show "pseudo-diff" for added files in show log dialog

In recent versions of TSVN double-click on added file in commit dialog
displays a diff of this file with an empty one. This is very
convenient way to quickly view the added content.

I think it would be good if the same feature is implemented in log dialog.
