* update to version 1.4.0 - the revision graph has been improved a *lot*
(in fact, it was rewritten almost completely)
* you don't see a graph if the file you selected to show the graph for
was never copied (i.e. if you never created a tag or a branch you won't
see a graph in 1.3.x)
