Sure you know what you're asking for. But how should TSVN/Subversion
know? It's not a mind reading application. You asked for something that
can't work.

You haven't told us where/how you got to show the log of a deleted item.
And also not which version of TSVN you're using.

There are multiple ways to show a log of an item that doesn't exist
anymore in HEAD. E.g. from the log dialog of the parent folder, or from
the repository browser.
