Feature Request: default checkout folder

Detailed description:

When checking-out a folder from the Repo-Browser you get a dialog with:

URL of repository, already populated with something like
"svn://rep_server/project_folder/subproject_folder"
Checkout directory: empty.

What I'm saying is to set a default folder for all checkouts,
so that when checking out from the Repo-Browser the "Checkout directory"
would appear already populated with such folder:

URL of repository, already populated with something like
"svn://rep_server/project_folder/subproject_folder"
Checkout directory: C:\users\me\svnlocal\

Even better (at least for me :) would be to have the Checkout directory
already populated with the default folder + project folders, which would
be:

URL of repository, already populated with something like
"svn://rep_server/project_folder/subproject_folder"
Checkout directory:
C:\users\me\svnlocal\project_folder\subproject_folder

This happens to be useful if your local folder structure is organized
just like the one on the repository.
