Must kill tortoisesvn cache every time you want to dismount TrueCrypt volume

TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 7501 - 32 Bit , 2006/09/15 21:34:55

I went to issue tracker, and it reports an apparent database error

Notice: Undefined index: order2 in
/var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs/issues/includes/regexp.php on line 33

I looked thru the bug reports in the issue tracker

I read all the BUG lines against 1.4.1 and newer in
  http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/src/Changelog.txt

Then I read this page
  http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/list_etiquette.html

But, it lists two lists, and I cannot see any instructions as to which one
is for bug reports.

I'll guess the developers list?

BUG

Through trial and error, I have found that to unmount any open TrueCrypt
volume, the TortoiseSVNCache process must be killed.

To reproduce:
Run TrueCrypt.
Open any TrueCrypt volume.
Look at it.
Close your windows on it.
Try to dismount it in TrueCrypt as normal.
Notice the error saying it is in use.
Bring up Task Manager. Look for something named something about tortoisesvn
cache.
  Kill that.
Now go back to TrueCrypt and dismount volume normally.
