How to debug problem where right-clicking on a doc kills Windows Explorer?

Hi!

I just installed TortoiseSVN, rebooted, and now whenever I right-click
on a document in a Windows Explorer window, I get the old Windows
Explorer has encountered a problem... dialog box. When I click for more
information on the error, I see the following:

(In case the graphic does not come thru, it says AppName: explorer.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: pdshext.dll ModVer: 3.0.3.1 Offset:
00013ec3)

I uninstalled TortoiseSVN and the problem went away. I reinstalled
TortoiseSVN and the problem returned.

Note that right-clicking in the "white space" of a folder does not cause
a problem, and I can even select the new TortoiseSVN options on the
context menu.

I looked at the FAQ but did not see anything applicable. I also
searched the task tracker and did not find any similar problem reports.

If it matters, I am running Windows XP Pro SP2 with all the latest fixes
that my employer pushes out to my (i.e. their) computer...

Thanks for any / all ideas...

Rimas
