That's not possible to do in TSVN. You have to ask for this kind of
feature on the Subversion mailing list. But I seriously doubt that this
would be possible.

We already have a progress bar, but it only shows if the Subversion
library provides enough information to actually make use of it.
If you want more detailed info about progress, then please, please,
please go to the Subversion mailing list and ask for it there.
I'm really getting tired of people asking for this feature here but then
never ask for it on the Subversion mailing list. I too few people ask
for this over there, then the Subversion devs will never start working
on this feature. So please, go over there and ask for it.
