Of course. I was joking. As I said, the Borland IDE config files are
actually rather easy to deal with, most problems come from complex
custom configs.

Yes, this is a good idea also.
But their turnaround is so much slower than yours, I just tried here first ;-)
You did not answer my "last hope" suggestion -- how about extending
pre-commit hooks to permit them to uncheck files?
