Show log error in merge dialog box

Hi,
I am using TSVN 1.4.0.7501
Trying to use the merge function I get an error

1- Checkout a directory from the repository to my WC
2- get the log using 'SNV Show Log" popup menu : it is ok
3- open the merge dialog box with "Tortoise SVN | Merge" popup menu
4- in the merge dialog box : click the last "Show Log" button (the one
for my working copy) => get an error message
Can't check path '<here is my path>' : syntaxe for the file, directory
or volume in incorrect
(sorry I translate the french message)

I close the error box, and an empty Log window come up.

I am doing something wrong ?
