RSS feed on drupal pages

('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is) Hi folks,

I seem to remember a while back that there was an RSS feed which would reflect
changes made to *any* of the drupal pages, not just the front page with 'news'
items. Does that feed still exist, was that the pre-drupal version, or did it
never exist at all? I think it would be useful for keeping up with what has
changed on the tortoisesvn.net site.
