OK, that works, but it's hard than it needs to be. Can we add a line
like this to the <head> section?

<link href="http://tortoisesvn.net/node/feed" rel="alternate"
type="application/rss+xml" title="TortoiseSVN | FAQ" />

... which makes the RSS icon appear in the address bar.
