Radek Svarz, who is the original translator of the Czech version [radek at
svarz dot cz] contacted me and told me that he unfortunately no longer uses
TortoiseSVN, but that he will commit at least one complete version. Maybe
you should contact him directly about proofreading and sharing the work.

I'm looking at the last changed date in the po file. If nothing has happened
for more than half a year, I start to ask for maintainers.
