Small bug in post-commit dialog

When committing a file, the dialog box comes up with the following:

Modified dev\project\file.txt
Sending content dev\project\file.txt
Completed At revision: 10

For long paths it seems to truncate the initial path of c:\dev\project\file.txt
back to dev\project\file.txt

If i right click on the modified file and select the open option, i will get a
"path not found" option.

It seems (I'm assuming) that the path being passed to the application is sending
the truncated path and not the full path.

Can someone confirm this?
