That's right, that's what I had in mind when I posted.

Is there any other command like "Get Lock..." that is very important for
a file in one state and unimportant but still valid for a file in
another? I can't think of one.

If "Get Lock..." is the only one, it would not make much sense to add
an entirely new dimension to the look & feel settings. It'd be the kind
of thing to make an exception for (two entries in look & feel maybe).
