Bug: Listview items in commit dialog aren't drawn correctly

Hi,

I attached a small image illustrating the problem. Steps to reproduce:

* open commit dialog
* select something in the list
* resize the columns so the total width is _wider_ than before
* select a different item

The selection bar is drawn only to the width the columns had before resizing
them. Clicking on a column header and thus sorting the list seems to reset
the internal drawing width and you can play the game again.
