New feature to subwcrev

The following additions to SubWCRev were requested:

- $ENV?nameOfEnv:default$
Gets system environment variable; Default value will be used, if there
isn't nameOfEnv variable.

- $WCDATE$ and $WCNOW$ in custom formats

- newline: force unix, force mac, force windows, auto
