Bug: inconsistent newlines reported in what is apparently a binary file

Hi,

TortoiseSVN v1.3.5.604 reports inconsistent newlines on what seems to be
a binary Mac OS X file with the extension .icns.

I would very much like to have an option in TortoiseSVN to ignore
inconsistent newlines, and for the diff tool to treat CRLF and LF line
endings equally (and be it at the cost of performance).
