Bug: Show differences edge case

Using TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 7391 - 32 Bit -dev, 2006/09/03 18:35:39

In the Log Message dialog, sometimes the "Show differences" choice does
not appear when right clicking a file.

Recipe:

1.) Create a new file, add it and commit

2.) Make a change to the file and commit

3.) Choose Show Log for the file

4.) Select both the initial revision when the file was added and the
revision with the change

5.) Right click the file

6.) Behold how "Show differences" is missing

Another small bug:
When right-clicking a file when no revision is selected a message box is
shown with the text "An invalid argument was encountered.".
 
Recipe:
1.) Show log for a file with few revision (three or so).
2.) Click any revision
3.) Click on the empty space below the revisions (in the same list box)
4.) Right-click the file
5.) Enjoy error box
 
What I expected:
When I click on the empty space, the file list should be cleared since
it does not make any sense any more.
