1.4.x nightlies built against Subversion 1.4.0

Hi,

The nightly builds from the 1.4.x branch are now built against
Subversion 1.4.0 (the official release). The builds are now up for
testing. So please download them and start using/testing them. I won't
make another RC for our own 1.4.0, so consider the 1.4.x nightlies to be
that RC2.

If all goes well, I'll release TSVN 1.4.0 at the end of this week and
send out the announcement. Then a week later, I'll update the
version.txt file which is used by TSVN to check for new versions. I'd
like to do that later to reduce the stress on our server a little.
