Suggestion: "Checkout" from the repo browser should honor the currently-active revision

This is a bit tricky to explain.

I ran the repo browser, and got the log of a directory named
"absentee".

I found a revision I was interested in, and right-clicked and chose
"Browse Repository".

That brought up the repo browser, with a button in the upper-right
showing the number of the revision that I chose, and the browser was
showing the repository as of that revision. Very nice.

I expanded the "absentee" directory, and right-clicked on a
subdirectory (which, I happen to know, is no longer present in HEAD).
I chose "Checkout" from the context menu.

Now, here's the (rather minor) problem: the "Checkout" window that
appeared had two radio buttons, labeled "HEAD revision" and
"Revision"; the second button of course had an edit control where I
could enter any revision I wanted. I didn't notice those buttons
originally, but I know now that the "HEAD" button was selected.
Because I didn't notice that, after filling in the "Checkout
directory" field, I simply clicked "OK" -- and immediately saw an
error that says, quite reasonably, "URL
'svn://blah/blah/blah/absentee/my-subdir' doesn't exist".

My suggestion is: the Checkout window should have selected the
"Revision" button, and filled in the field with the number of the
revision that I'd selected in the repo browser. That way I could have
blindly clicked OK and the checkout would have worked.

"Hoot" has its heart in the right place, but I have been
unable to locate its brain.
