Exclude paths and the Cache

Hi all!

When adding "Exclude paths" in the "Icon Overlays" settings dialog, is
it correct that the Cache won't get these new paths until it's
restarted?

I saw some heavy TSVNCache-action because of an Anti-virus scanner
creating/deleting lots of files under c:\windows\temp. To remedy this I
added c:\windows\* to exclude paths. However, TSVNCache didn't stop
reacting to changes under the temp-folder until I killed it.

Would it be a good idea to restart (or maybe, if simple, notify) the
cache when new exclude path settings are applied?
