Oddities with Revision graph

If you right click on a file and select "Revision Graph" you also get an entry for the path on an Add that included the file (see attached screen-shot). Should it not just show the file?
Oddity 2:
When you select the "Arranged by path" menu option, the tool-bar icon does not get depressed.
