feature request: making rename dialog easier to use

I just ran across this:

"It is not possible to rename a file by changing the case of its name
alone.
For example, you can't make MyFile.txt become MYFILE.txt.
Please consult the documentation for a way to work around this
Subversion limitation"

However, despite diligently searching TortoiseSVN's documentation, I
found nothing.
I had to wander around the online FAQ for some time before I found the
appropriate entry.

It would be more user-friendly if the dialog either

(a) more explicitly mentioned the location of the solution (in the
online FAQ)

or, better yet

(b) that part of the FAQ was copied into the subversion documentation,
and the dialog included a hyperlink which opened the documentation to
the correct place.
