Feature request: "Relocated update..." function

Hi,

I'd like to suggest a convenience function that could probably be called
"Relocated update...". Sometimes, I'd like to update my WC from a
different server than it was checked out from (e.g. because the original
server is down), without actually relocating my WC.

Currently, I'd have to temporarily relocate my WC, perform the update,
and relocate the WC back to the original server again. A "Relocated
update..." menu entry could do this automatically.
