if you frequently use different authentication to access a repository,
just don't activate the checkmark "save authentication" in the auth dialog.

if you however want to change the username of past commits, you have to
install a small hook script on the server - then you can edit the author
in the log dialog.

to clear the stored authentication data manually, go to
%APPDATA%\Subversion\auth and find the right file to delete.
