Yes. There won't be much information available to the hook, but enough
to do for example standardized search/replaces on the WC that you want
to have done *before* the status of files are being checked by TSVN.

I could think of some far fetched examples where that could be useful
too. :-)

Yes I am sure. I did however get some PHP error-codes on both the
registration and the confirmation page, but nothing fatal.
