Feature request: More command-line options for merge dialog

When integrating TSVN with our internal issue-tracking tool, I have
come to merge automation.
I wish it would be possible to pass /mergefrom, /revstart and /revend
options to the "merge" command to automatically fill corresponding
dialog fields.
