UI glitch in RC1

Steve,

When displaying the settings dialog, page Dialogs 2, the balloon help
doesn't show when hovering the label 'Max. items to keep in the log message
history'. It does show when hovering the control itself.

There is also no balloon help for 'Sort items numerically' (I don't know if
it is really needed).
