Cannot specify Rev # to TortoiseProc.exe (i.e. /rev:1234)

Most of the SVN commands are available through the TortoiseSVN command
line, but the Update to Revision is only available as a prompt (/rev)
and does not allow a command line option to say which Rev to update to
(i.e. /rev:1234). This would be very nice to have so I don't have to
call into a Command Window SVN command just to do an update to a certain
revision without typing one in. Is this possible? Can it be made
possible?
