TSVNCache: eating memory and cpu

Hello developers,

I am using TortoiseSVN about a 3 weeks and since a week the TSVNCache acts strange.
TortoiseSVN works perfect, but the TSVNCache uses 50% cpu constantly (its a dualcore cpu, so that means its really busy) and it is eating memory constantly.

Is this a known issue?

I am using TortoiseSVN 1.3.5.6804 with Subversion 1.3.2. TortoiseSVN is running on a Windows XP SP2 machine.
