I can see from your screenshot that you also have TCVS installed. Now
that's a possible reason for overlays not showing up. Still, TSVN should
recognize that and work around this issue.
Can you tell me the status of the folder please? Just add the 'SVN
Status' column in the explorer in details view and look at the status there.
