cooperation with command line svn1.3.2

Hello everyone,
I updated my TortoiseSVN to 1.4.0RC1 last week. It works fine. But sometimes
I'd like to do something in command line, then an error tells me that:
svn: This client is too old to work with working copy '.'; please get a
newer Subversion client
I don't know what's happening. My subversion is the latest 1.3.2. And this
happens only on directories that were operated by TortoiseSVN1.4.0RC1.
Is this an expected behaviour? And could you tell me how I could make my
command line SVN work again?

There are some informations about my environment:
My operation system is WinXP Professional sp2
TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 7195 - 32 Bit -RC1, 2006/08/05 14:31:55
Subversion-1.3.2-r19776
