Out of memory in 1.4.0.7195-RC1

Hi,

committing recursively changed directory properties (svn:ignore for about
120 directories) results in an out of memory condition and a subsequent
crash of TortoiseProc.exe.
Downgrading to "1, 3, 4, 6692" helps.
