Warning for delete modificated file

Hello,

I like the warning

        "'file.txt' has local modifications. Do you want to remove it
anyway?"
        Yes - No - Yes to all

when I try to delete a modificated file from the explorer.
This is not happening in the "Commit" and "Check for modifications" dialog.
Sure normally people should know what they are doing, but I would prefer to
be asked again.

1. It would be nice to get the functionality also in this two dialogs. (like
for the "revert" command)
2. May be a Shift-Mouse click could delete the file immediately without
showing a prompt (for the "expert" users). This could also be intersting for
the "revert" command.
