Well, my relatively new'ish PC has a floppy drive (it is a 3GHz PC - not
cream-o-the-crop anymore but still nice). I checked the "Removable
Drives" checkbox and now every time I open "My Computer" or Explorer or
an Open/Save dialog, the drive spins up. Since I don't ever plan on
using the floppy drive for TSVN, it would be nice if TSVN could be set
to ignore the A: and B: drives (not that anyone has a B: drive anymore).
So, essentially, the dialog would look like:

[ ] Removable drives
     [ ] Exclude floppy drives

Second option initially greyed out. Then if I check "Removable Drives"
the option "Exclude floppy drives" becomes available (ungreyed). If
that option is checked, TSVN then excludes A: and B:.

This approach is 100% backwards-compatible with previous versions of
TSVN. If you don't care about that, then more appropriate wording might
be "Include floppy drives" and use the inverse logic. Positive
inclusion is more user-friendly (i.e. more easily comprehended) than
negative exclusion. In this case, saying "Include floppy drives" is
more understandable than "Exclude floppy drives".
