Feature: Exclude floppy drives from removeable drives...

I'm not aware of any modern computers that put floppy drives on any
other volume than A: and B:. It would be nice to have an additional
checkbox to "Exclude floppy drives" when adding "Removable Drives" to
the listing of volume types that TortoiseSVN monitors.
