Just tell him to e-mail the TortoiseSVN mailing list about the status of
tortoisesvn.org. You can work out the details either on- or off-list
(and you'll have an updated e-mail address). Then you'll not have to
worry about international call charges from a lengthy conversation.
Perhaps someone here is in GB and can communicate what you want in clear
English on your behalf.
