Croatian translation

Hi Mario,

I can build the Croatian documentation fine. Looks good! The only missing
thing is a hyphenation pattern, but we can live without that.

It looks like you misunderstood one thing. At the end of the .po file, there
are two strings
'translator-credits' and 'translator-translation'. These are special
placeholders which are inserted during the build.
In 'translator-translation' you put the Croatian translation of
'Translator(s)'
In 'translator-credits' you put the translators name(s)

It looks like you just translated the strings :-)

I 'fixed' it in r7128. Please check if it's OK
