And therein lies the danger. In svn 1.4 there is indeed a working copy
format change, and there is nothing to say it won't change again. TSVN
does not access the .svn folders directly, and the subversion team would
not support anyone who does. That is why there are documented APIs. If
you want a new Subversion API for your WC sync, you should really ask on
the Subversion list, not here.
