Re: non-recursive checkouts

it would be a smart thing. I complete with some options, i had a dev
asking me:
- checkout basic directories or non-recursive
- checkout trunk skeleton (only directories, maybe with a depth limit)
- checkout skeleton for branches & tag

goal is the same:
- avoid keeping all repository in disk space or in tsvncache
- easy navigation in explorer and easy to get part of the tree
