Not sure what you want here exactly. The "Dry Run" feature is from the Subversion library. It doesn't provide diffing information at all.

When you click on the Dry Run button a dialog is displayed (TortoiseSVN merge...(dry run) Finished), it gives a list of files that "would" be updated. It would be useful if you could then right click on a file and select "diff" to see what the differences would be between the files in the two different URLs.

At the moment there's no right click menu on this dialog, so you have to jot down what files "would" be changed, so you can manually inspect them by doing the "diff" via other means (such as "Diff with URL").
