XP look and feel does not seem to work with 64-bit build

Hi there,

I have recently got a new PC running WinXP 64-bit. I installed the
64-bit version of TortoiseSVN (1.3.5) - thanks to everyone who worked on
the 64-bit build ... I couldn't have lived without TSVN!

However, the XP look is not working, all the buttons and control look
like the old style, even though I have the XP themes enabled.

Not a big deal, just thought I'd raise it, because it make TSVN look out
of place. If there's anything I can do to help track down the issue
I'd be happy to help.
